DOA Claims are Temporary suspended if fedex is delayed. DOA claims are still valid if fedex is on time with their shipment.

 

DOA claims requires pictures of coral still in the original bag within 1 hrs of delivery. Credit will be given in next order or if available, identical item will be mailed out if buyer pays shipping. Lost or stolen packages will be forfeited unless deemed lost by FedEx. Fedex overnight priority will be the default shipping method. Shipping will be Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Local pickup is available by appointment.
